Private Tutors / Workshop Instructors
Private Tutors hold one-on-one and small group tuition sessions with students who need individualized academic assistance. To become a private tutor, you do not need to have high-level experience (although it is preferred if you do!), but you must be able to work with people, explain concepts in a simple manner and have a strong understanding of the course/subject that you wish to tutor.

Workshop Instructors run medium to large classes to help prepare students for their upcoming tests and exams. Being a workshop instructor requires expert knowledge of a course/subject, experience as a tutor, lots of preparation, confidence in front of an audience, charisma, dedication and passion! Generally, our best tutors become workshop instructors, and the pay reflects accordingly.

Campus Managers / Brand Ambassadors
Brand Ambassadors are in charge of managing ground-level operations and marketing on campus, and liaising with our head office. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in recruitment and workshop administration.
Campus Managers are responsible for coordinating and managing the marketing efforts of brand ambassadors, while often getting directly involved. Depending on the nature of SmartPrep operations on a campus, they may also be involved in assisting with the organisation and administration of workshops and private tutoring sessions.
